Looking off into the distance, there’s a residential street with buildings embraced by courtyards of flower seas. All along the way, wherever there are people, there are rolling fields of rapeseed blossoms following the terrain. You’d expect rice seedlings only after Qingming, and rice isn’t the main crop now, but who’d have thought they’d sow fields of gold everywhere, often dotted with white-flowered plum trees. You can imagine —they are romantics, and proud of it
